Lake District Guided Walks
Our guided walks programme is in hibernation for the winter, but will re-commence in March 2012. If you would like to receive an update as soon as the programme goes online, please click here.
Our, private guided walking is still available and can be booked throughout the winter.
Join us on a guided walk in the stunning Lake District. We have a regular programme of walks throughout the region that include the less well-known Wainwrights as well as the established classics such as Scafell Pike, Helvellyn, Skiddaw and Blencathra. The maximum group size on our walks is just 12, and for some walks will be 8.
Help Fix the Fells
As part of our commitment to responsible adventure, 50 pence will be donated to Fix the Fells for every guided walk booked. Fix the Fells is an organisation that does a superb job of repairing and maintaining our upland paths and relies on funding from donations and partners. This is the least we can do to help protect our special environment and ensure that the footpaths and landscape can be enjoyed by all and for as long as possible.
Sociable walking...
All of the guided walks are designed to have a sustained level of interest to make the days out much more enjoyable. A group walk should be a social event as much as an outdoor challenge and rather than just going up and down simply to tick off a summit, the walks all follow routes that allow you to appreciate the scenery, stop and chat as well as enjoy the climb. Wherever possible we will take less busy alternative routes up the popular fells.

| DURATION: | The times given are a guideline for the entire walk including several short stops. However, it is possible that some walks could take longer |
| TIME: | The meeting time for all walks is 9:30am, with the walks starting at 10:00am |
| GROUP SIZE: | The maximum group size for all of these walks is 12 |
| BOOKING: | All walks can be booked online by credit/debit card. Before booking any of the walks, please read the guided walk booking conditions |
